Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

By accessing the 89db platform or creating an account, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you are advised not to use the platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and apply to all services offered by 89db. The platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Use by minors is prohibited, and any violation of this rule will result in immediate account termination.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration on 89db is mandatory. Accounts created with false information may be suspended at any time, and 89db reserves the right to forfeit the associated balance.

Each user may operate one account only. Creating multiple accounts or registering under a family member's name is a violation of platform policy.

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials confidential. You are strongly advised not to share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

Complete account verification (KYC) before making a withdrawal.
Transferring your account to another person is prohibited.

Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy

All transactions on the 89db platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer.

Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be processed. Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made. Withdrawal requests submitted without verification may experience delays.

Bonus funds are subject to turnover requirements before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw without meeting these requirements may result in cancellation of your bonus balance. Each bonus has a set validity period, and any remaining balance will be forfeited upon expiry.

89db reserves the right to place a hold on any transaction where fraudulent activity or unusual betting patterns are detected.
